Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and an additional charge.
Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time will be charged the full reservation amount.
Incidental deposit
A $50 incidental deposit is required at check-in for stays of fewer than seven nights. The incidental deposit is $100 for stays of seven nights or longer.
Pets & service animals
Pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with the ADA. No additional fee or deposit is charged because of a service animal. Guests remain responsible for damage under the hotel’s standard damage policy.
Non-smoking rooms
Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited in all guest rooms. If smoking occurs, the registered guest may be charged for the cleaning, remediation, damage, and loss of room use required as a result.
Registered guests & room keys
Room keys may not be transferred or provided to an unregistered person. All occupants and anyone requiring room access must be registered with the front desk. Unauthorized room access may result in termination of the stay, additional charges, or referral to law enforcement when fraud is suspected.

Siesta Inn offers accessible parking spaces near our ground-floor guest rooms, providing a short route from the parking area to the rooms. Ground-floor rooms and their individual layouts are subject to availability.
Bathrooms include walk-in showers with standard showerheads; roll-in showers are not available. Smoke and fire alarms are installed in every guest room. Room clearances, bathroom layouts, and other accessibility features vary by room.
Guests with mobility, hearing, vision, or other accessibility needs are encouraged to call the property before booking. Our staff will review available room features and help determine whether a room can meet the guest’s individual needs.
